Yes. GPU and CPU share same physical SoC memory. Please see memory and storage section in https://www.nvidia.com/content/dam/en-zz/Solutions/gtcf21/jetson-orin/nvidia-jetson-agx-orin-technical-brief.pdf to get an overview of Orin SoC memory.
