Why did nvv4l2h264enc disappear on latest JetPack4.2?

Hi,

After installing the latest JetPack 4.2 on Xavier several nvidia modules in gstreamer is missing (nvv4l2h264enc/nvv4l2h264enc/nvv4l2decoder). I have checked with gst-inspect1.0 and it doesn’t list.
This is only the case for Xavier. My TX2 flashed with same JetPack/SDK manager have them.

Also checked all gstreamer packages are installed according to the newest “Accelerated Gstreamer Guide”. On previous JetPack for Xavier these came installed when flashing. Anyone also experienced this?

Update!!

After reflashing the Xavier everything now works fine. I can see all the nvvideo4linux2 plugins with gst-inspect1.0
