What is the difference between 'nvh265enc' and 'nvv4l2h265enc'?

Hi

I see ‘nvh265enc’ in gstreamer docs.
https://gstreamer.freedesktop.org/documentation/nvenc/nvh265enc.html

Has it been obsoleted, because I don’t see it in my jetson plugins?
If it is still present, how can i install ‘nvh265enc’?

Please use nvv4l2h265enc. We are unifying interfaces between desktop GPUs and Jetson platforms. Eventually nvv4l2h265enc works for both devices.
