You can just run jetson_clocks so that it shall definitely not decrease in any Jetpack version.

I execute the following command every time I drive. But there is still a problem. Is it because it is not effective?

Hi,

Both versions would hit this problem. It is just coincidence that jp5.1.2 does not hit OC3 event. MaxN would always hit such problem. Also explained in the L4T developer guide document.

If you push more power consumption on jp5.1.2, then it would hit same issue too.
