Why PCIe SR-IOV is not supported by Orin? what specific technical reason?

Hi,

I would like to understand why Orin doesn’t support SR-IOV? because I have enabled SR-IOV on the PCIe device side and there are VF having been created, but I can not assign VF PCIe to the VM. who knows the specific technical reason why? say, PCIe device supports SR-IOV, and has been enabled on the device side, but why we cannot assign VF to the VM???

this topic is about PCIe SR-IOV, it said the VGPU needed, it is not a clear answer.
