I am facing an issue after upgrading to Jetpack 6.2. My wifi module is not being recognized and I don’t have wifi or bluetooth.
Specs:
Jetson Orin Nano Developer Kit (8Gb)
Jetpack 6.2
AW-CB375NF Wi-Fi module
Firmware version: 36.4.3
Kernel version: 5.15.148-tegra
So far I have checked the module is correctly installed in the PCIe slot.
lspci
does not show any wireless module.
iwconfig
shows no wireless extension.
dmesg | grep pcie
shows Phy link never came up
.
Are there any known issues with this wifi moduel?
Hi,
Would like to get more information. Do you re-flash the system to Jetpack 6.2 and hit the issue? And are you able to re-flash developer kit to 6.1 and see if it is specific to 6.2?

Hello Dane,
Just in case I reflashed to 6.1 and even the latest 6.2.1. all of them with no wifi module detected. As far as I know this issue started when I moved to 6.1, to be honest I did not care much about the wifi working because I had a ethernet cable all the time, but now that I need to use the wifi module is when I noticed there was something wrogn with the wifi module.
Hi,
You meantioned that Wi-FI Module AW-CB375NF not detected on Jetson after upgrading to Jetpack 6.2 , so we would like to know whether it works on either previous Jetpack version. All module should be detected physically, although certain WIFI module needs addition software driver.
We have a list of suggestion:
Wi-Fi 6/6E/7 modules that have been validated with AGX Orin devkits

Hello,
Yes, when I started using the device, it had Jetpack 5.1.5 and wifi was working fine. Could connect to the network and the device was recognized. After upgrading to Jetpack 6.2 I noticed that my wifi module was not being recognized. I tried plugging wifi modules to the usb port as a workaround but that did not work either.
Hi,
For upgrading from 5.1.5 to 6.2, do you re-flash the whole system? Although additional driver is not enabled, you should still see it be detected and shown in sudo lspci -v

Hi,
For upgrading to 6.2 I used the SDK Manager in my Linux PC, selected Jetpack 6.2 and flashed the system.
Running lspci -v
gives me this output:

Hi,
There is a default WIFI module on Orin Nano developer kit, being connected to Key E slot. Please try and see if it can be detected. Or try any other modules. If none can be detected, it may be hardware defect. You may consider go RMA process if the developer kit is in warranty.
