Windows 10 vs 11 for gaming

Wondering if the graphics enhancements in Windows 11 affect the graphic card performance positively. Not sure which Nvidia graphic card suits best for which version of Windows
The comparison table helped me a bit but nothing about the Nvidia Graphic card versions’ performance.
