[ 105.180331] tegra-i2c 7000c400: no acknowledge from address 0x3c

I have done with the setup of jetson nano. I have downloaded the dockers and then I have downloaded the jetbot docker file but after when I restart I am getting the error " [ 105.180331] tegra-i2c 7000c400: no acknowledge from address 0x3c…".
I am using jetpack 5.0, on windows powershell
please tell me any solution for it .

Hi,

docker is pre-installed in the Jetson environment.
So you don’t need to manually install it.

Do you use the jetbot docker from this page?
If yes, please noted that the docker requires a JetPack4.4 environment rather than 5.0.
