Hello, I’m not a nvidia developer so I can’t help you (sorry for hijacking your thread). But I also randomly get those Xid errors starting 367.xx release.
I seem to be able to avoid them by shutting down and waiting a few seconds instead of rebooting when needing to do so.
I’m not quite sure whose fault this is because supposedly, memory is cleared by the kernel before initially used by applications even after fast reboots.
https://docs.nvidia.com/deploy/xid-errors/ suggests application or driver error.
Perhaps Nvidia developers can comment about this.
