Really hope this issue with VK_KHR_present_wait gets resolved, it causes crashing in Gamescope & the Native Wine-Wayland driver.
There was a post for the issue here a while back that didn’t get any traction: Kde 6 RC1 with Wine 9.0 results in some games freezing on launch when using HDR
This may be relegated to 4000 series cards, as I’ve heard of 3000 series not having issues.
Again, really wish we could could know if the driver team is still alive, its been radio silence for a 570 release.
At least back when I had a 5700XT I could read a bunch of Valve and AMD engineers arguing about AMDGPU kernel driver implementation details. The bickering at least gave me hope.
