About PCIe link up after Jetson's opposing device side (EP) shuts down

Hi,

Jetson (RC) and FPGA (EP) are connected via PCIe.
If the EP side links down once due to reconfiguration, etc., and then the EP reboots, can Jetson re-link up PCIe?
Also, please provide the specific method (API and/or command) to retrain.

You can try to rescan the device as the linux interface provided.
