Access Issue (Cloud credit expired)

Hi,

I’m attempting to run an LLM model but keep encountering the following error, despite having 1,000 credits:

Error: Access Issue (Cloud credits expired - Please contact NVIDIA representatives)

I would greatly appreciate it if someone could assist with this issue. I have my Masters Thesis submission this week.

I have exactly the same problem with 5000 credits.

Hi @anssi.ovaska @chaudharyu006 @adeelaslamexarta123 A fix was recently implemented to resolve this issue. Could you use your existing API key and re-execute the Python program or cURL command?

Same here, being also on the Nvidia inception program, but clearly pretty fuzzy on my side tried my best, from simple NGC/personal key token etc


I now see that my account from the inception is set to “Owner No set” but still have the somehow access to the ngc hub

Have to admit that is beside onboarding etc, I find kind of fuzzy and often endup with tons of nvidia tabs, docs, etc, spending time to often a dead end i wish so much that it were just maybe long but straight forward either for the private offers whereas for google console or azure marketplace, but no same here another obstacle or not very clear solution nor even a mail to confirm or to state “in process”

I wish and imo improving the whole NVIDIA ecosystem would be really beneficial in my opinion

With all the gratefullness I have to be on track in Inception, just feeling that there is a lot of admin complexity and not enough information at the right place, or even for a ticket for example to be redirected to a forum rather than a form
