@neal.vaidya Hi can you please respond to this issue.

Hello - I have Got the same issue even though I got 5000 credits @TomNVIDIA. I went through some help desk and they said “we are out of credits at NVIDIA”. Seems very odd for someone that is brand new to the Developer program. Please help. Thank you

Hi @md117,

Unfortunately, I don’t have access to NIM accounts. This issue needs one of the NIM engineers to investigate. @neal.vaidya please help here.

Hi, same same issue here even though I got 5000 credits available.

Same here…

  1. detail: “Account ‘XYZ’: Cloud credits expired - Please contact NVIDIA representatives”
  2. status: 402
  3. title: “Payment Required”
    getting this issue while fetching the MOLMIM ai model using its api key for my project. I signed up & have 1000 credits in my account. What shall I do to resolve this issue ? Plz help @TomNVIDIA

Cloud credits expired - Please contact NVIDIA representatives

Seems harsh/greedy Nvidia - I only wanted a demo - You seem full of Christmas spirit

I have same issue

Had the same issue until yesterday. Today I’m getting: {“status”:403,“title”:“Forbidden”,“detail”:“Invalid UAM response”}

I have the same. I have also a “detail” section with an Account that is specified and I do not know where this account is coming from. I am trying with the shell command. The strange thing is that when I remove the “Autorization” with the API key, I have got the same error message with the same account.

yes, please check this out

Hi @anssi.ovaska @suraj18 @kkrsteski @fastllmcalls @denis_molin @umarnawaz3112 @md117 @daniel.seidl @subha.sahoo1127 @andrew.nvidia @intimidateking A fix was recently implemented to resolve this issue. Could you use your existing API key and re-execute the Python program or cURL command?

Yes, it worked perfectly. Thank you! Could you please confirm how long this solution will remain active? I have a crucial demo coming up, and it’s essential to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Will appreciate your response
