I’m writing to request manual verification for my NVIDIA Developer account, as I am unable to complete the SMS verification process due to my region.

Issue:
I am trying to access the NVIDIA NIM API (build.nvidia.com) to work with AI models. During the account setup, the system requests phone number verification via SMS. Unfortunately, Russia (+7) is not listed among the available country codes in the dropdown menu. Therefore, I cannot receive the verification code.
Request:
Could you please assist me with a manual verification of my account so that I can generate an API key and start using the service? I am fully compliant with the Terms of Service and intend to use the API for personal development/research.
