I am writing to request manual verification for my NVIDIA Developer account. I am unable to complete the standard SMS verification due to my region.

Issue:
I am trying to access the NVIDIA NIM APIs on build.nvidia.com. During the account setup, the system requests phone number verification via SMS. Unfortunately, Russia (+7) is not listed among the available country codes in the dropdown menu. Therefore, I cannot receive the verification code.
Request:
Could you please assist me with a manual verification of my account so that I can generate an API key? I intend to use the API for personal development and educational purposes, and I am fully compliant with the Terms of Service.
