We had two developer kits for AGX ORIN 64G, using the same set of FPD Link cameras, and found that one of the Devkits had a camera that could not preview the video stream properly.
About the camera:
When the camera is connected to CAM0(J1) in the following figure, one of the Devkits fails to preview the video stream properly.
The system version and driver version used are exactly the same: L4T 36.4.0.
What should I do, please?

For the camera basic functionality first needs to check the device and driver configuration.
You can reference to below program guide for the detailed information of device tree and driver implementation.
Please refer to Applications Using V4L2 IOCTL Directly by using V4L2 IOCTL to verify basic camera functionality.
Once confirm the configure and still failed below link help to get log and some information and some tips for debug.

There is one problem, which should not be related to the driver and device tree configuration. Using a Backup system ensures that the two devkit systems and drivers are exactly the same.
But the other devkit is normal, the abnormal devkit, also only CAM0 (J1) can not preview the image properly.
Please get the trace log for analysis.

There is a problem, using the same set of system images, on two different AGX ORIN devkit, one can be opened normally, the other can not be opened normally, what is the relationship between this and the driver?
Have you checked if the fault follows the Camera module? You could swap the camera modules between the two dev kits or use spare camera modules if you have them.
Looks like doesn’t receive any validate data from the sensor from the trace log.
It should have nothing to do with the camera, because both DevKits are using the same camera kit.
Please probe the signal if confirm the sensor output signal correctly maybe have the device to RMA.
