There is an IC in jetson nano development board that takes system voltage as input and gives out hdmi compatible voltage. GS7616SC-R sot363. I can not find datasheet of GS7616SC-R

Can anyone please tell me the purpose of the IC and a better alternate IC for this?
And can i use AP22814BW5-7 instead of GS7616SC-R?
