I downloaded public_sources_AGXXavier_XavierNX_TX2_JP465_R32.7.5.tbz2 and compile gst-nvarguscamera_src and deploy on NX board it crashes and segmentation fault occured. So where can we find correct source code ?

did you based-on the same Jetpack release version? you may check release tag, $ cat /etc/nv_tegra_release for verification.
besides, please refer to Topic 260226 of workaround to resolve cmake fails for libargus.
