Artifical Noise on Emissive NEON sign reflection

I have an issue with neon sign FLICKERING, and with Bloom effect it makes one of my neon signs to look really bad… Just this one neon sign. Check it out:

I rendered the same shot without bloom:

Here we can see that it is the reflection actually that is bugging…

I have here naturally the new DSSL 3.5 ON and De-noiser ON.
Any comments on this? I am happy to share this huge scene for investigation :)
