I notice when i generate the blend shapes in audio2face, they’re all the same. Do we need to generate the shapes before importing the mesh into Audio2face or does audio2face take care of that? … would be great if A2F did that task :D

Hi @user166893! Welcome to the community!
The Blendshape Generation tool should allow you to generate a set of blendshapes from a custom neutral mesh. If you run your mesh through the character Transfer process, select your mesh then click “Blendshape Transfer”. A full set of shapes should be generated and available for export as USD for use in any DCC application.
