AWS credit $10K application did not open on clicking "Request Benefit"

Hello, I wanted to apply for AWS credit " Up to 10k-25k US$" . I clicked on “Request benefits” but I was not redirected to partner’s site for applying credits. Now it says “benefit requested” but I did not get the form to apply. While I allowed pop-ups but still the AWS application for applying was not opening. Now it says “Benefit Requested” but the form did not pop up where I should fill my details for AWS to review. I have also emailed regarding the same. Can I get the link to the form anyhow so that I can fill the form for AWS to review.

Hi , i have a similar issue but with grow tier, i requested Benefit for $10K aws credit , but my Airtable link did not open ,after that the request benefit button has been disabled , i am not sure how to proceed , i had mailed to inceptionprogram@nvidia.com as mentioned , no reply on that yet , can anyone guide me to what should be my next step
