Based on the NX module design, if I burn the I210 network card driver, NX will freeze and restart

Hello, I would like to ask.
Our NX module is directly extended with pcie and connected to Intel I210 network chip. Now once I burn the I210 network card driver, NX freezes and restarts
Is this what is the reason? Where can I start the investigation, thanks
