Black screen with cursor after sleep

Wow, here I thought I was the only one with this bug, or maybe it was hardware related since I have a fairly old build. FWIW, if you have this issue and don’t feel like waiting around X minutes to see if the system comes back, I noticed that the system does respond to keyboard shortcuts. So I created scripts that kill and replace kwin_x11 and plasmashell, bound them to a shortcut key, and I just trigger those a few seconds after the wake and black screen. I sleep/wake my system over a dozen times a day so this is definitely an annoying problem.
