Broken nVidia webpages. Cannot download ISO

I am trying to download the DGXOS 7 iso to have a copy for emergencies.

Two issues I’ve noticed:

  1. Searching for DGXOS iso in google will lead to an Nvidia page with broken links:

The first link I see is: Installing DGX OS - NVIDIA Docs

Clicking on Download Center on this page gives an error “even AI couldn’t find this”. (Very cute btw).

Recommendation: Tell google where to find your recent documentation.

  1. Using the link in the forum brings me to a download page, but I’m in a failed login circle I cannot break out of. There is no way to continue (apart from clearing cookies, I imagine). It’s not asking me for a username nor password.

The link from the forum is: Reimaging the System — NVIDIA DGX OS 7 User Guide

Recommendation: rework your login process. It’s feels user hostile.

Hi, please refer to the DGX Spark User Guide on how to reimage your system: System Recovery — DGX Spark User Guide

Thanks for the link! I have a copy of the necessary files now.

Is there an ‘iso’ style file available somewhere that I could mount from my remote KVM?

I believe my previous points still stand, though :).

There is no ISO file for Spark OS currently provided by NVIDIA.

DGX OS 7 is an Enterprise product and is only accessible to those with an NVIDIA Enterprise license.

Why on earth would Nvidia allow us to purchase this product from retail chains like BestBuy when they won’t allow us to fully utilize it without an enterprise license? Shouldn’t the purchase of the product qualify for the ISO download?

The recovery image available on System Recovery — DGX Spark User Guide basically is the same as the DGX OS. It shortends the installation time from 30 to 45 minutes to less than 10 minutes
