Bug still exists in JP4.6.3: Image sequence numbers incrementing even if no image captured

FYI the Problem described by me with low-latency mode in Image sequence numbers incrementing even if no image captured and introduced in JetPack 4.6.1 still exists on a Jetson Nano updated to JetPack 4.6.3 and can be reproduced with a RasPi HQ camera as described in that post

set-fmt-video=width=1920,height=1080,pixelformat=RG10 --set-ctrl bypass_mode=0 --stream-mmap --stream-count=20 --verbose

hello goad,

as I mentioned at Topic 221208, comment #12, that code is actually check-in to rel-32 code-line.
unfortunately, that kernel patch is not included into r32.7.3 public sources due to code-review process is not catching release schedule.
