Hi, I know this issue has been brought up before in the forum, but I couldn’t find a full resolution. For context:

  • I am using a Jetson AGX Xavier to operate multiple USB cameras (full HD, 30 fps).
  • I am using YOLOv8 nano models to do inferencing work.
  • There are other services running supporting.

The following error message is being printed constantly on my terminal:

I have read that this stems from heavy memory usage on Jetson devices.

I am running Jetpack 5.1. Good Samaritans, what should I do as I am encountering this constantly?

Hi,
Certain issues are discovered and fixed in later releases. We would suggest upgrade to Jetpack 5.1.3 and give it a try.

Hi, can you explain what are the key differences between the Jetpack 5.1 and Jetpack 5.1.3 that have resolved this issue?

For me, the issue keeps coming back, and making my cameras very unstable.
