Calculate the memory offset for a specifc GPIO to be used with busybox memset

I am trying to find a way to do this but I cant find a pinmux.cfg file that seems to describe it. Maybe that was only for older SDKs?

If i use the excel tool it only outputs pin names and numbering which get compiled later so it is not useful in this case.

For example I am trying to figure out the memory address of gpio3 on the jetson orin nano.
