Can I use Deepstream in RTX 8000??
and I want to record 5 cameras at the same time

DeepStream can support RTX8000, you can refer the installation guide Quickstart Guide — DeepStream 6.2 Release documentation (nvidia.com) or use docker Docker Containers — DeepStream 6.2 Release documentation (nvidia.com).
The 2nd question needs your evaluation as the resolution/decoding/encoding may have different GPU resource requirements. From the encoding/decoding spec it shows there is no limit on the number of sessions on RTX8000, so no limit in encoder/decoder but need check the GPU resource consumption.
