can QuantaMesh 40 and 10 G support Cumulus OS version 4 and above?

there are 2 places in cumulus site with different information.

Network Hardware Compatibility List (HCL) | NVIDIA in here they are many QCT listed, both in 40 and 10G, but in https://support.cumulusnetworks.com/hc/en-us/articles/360038231814 they are not listed.

Please advise

thank you

Hello Kiarash,

Thank you for posting your inquiry on the NVIDIA Networking Community.

The h/w compatibility list → Ethernet Switching Solutions for Data Center | NVIDIA provides the complete list of supported platform, as the https://support.cumulusnetworks.com/hc/en-us/articles/360038231814#currently_supported_platforms, which are the RN for CL 4.0.0 provides the current supported platforms for that particular platform. The RN mentioned that support for some platforms will be provided in newer versions of CL.

As for example, the RN for version 4.1.0 provides the link to the HCL which mentions all supported platforms → To see a list of the supported platforms in Cumulus Linux 4.1.0, refer to the Hardware Compatibility List (HCL).

In the case of CL 4.0.0, some QuantaMesh switches were not supported but support came in a later version.

But in general, the HCL → Network Hardware Compatibility List (HCL) | NVIDIA is the one to follow.

Thank you and regards,
