We can run VST on Jetson AGX Orin, but it seems that gpu/nvenc/nvdec are all offline (checking via jtop), so can VST use these HW components?
We see VST on x86 can detect and allocate GPU resources with default settings in config file.

Yes, VST will use those accelerator when needed. Please have a check when enable display ROI or Tripwire based on this guide: Usage & Configuration — Jetson Platform Services documentation
