Cannot specify link libraries for target "lab4_autonomous_driving

Hello I am trying to build a project with ROS in a jetson TX1 flashed with Jetpack 2.3.1.
When I run catkin_make on my workspace i get this:

CMake Error at JetLabs/lab4_autonomous_driving/CMakeLists.txt:19 (target_link_libraries):
  Cannot specify link libraries for target "lab4_autonomous_driving" which is
  not built by this project.

I have been stuck in this for days, I really need help to solve this issue
