I have a question about how to enable “Nvidia Image Scaling” on my laptop. I have Geforce GTX 1650 graphics card for laptop. In NVIDIA Control Panel i’m click the “Adjust image setting with preview” and use the advanced 3D image setting. Version of my drivers 536.40. So I don’t have the “Image Scaling” option in the “Manage 3D settings” menu.

I am not sure I understand what you mean by “Image scaling”, but I assume you are talking about DSR or Dynamic Super Resolution? You should check the Control Panel for “DSR - Factors” in the English version, sadly my Russian is non-existant so i can’t tell if it is visible on your Control Panel or not.
DSR is also not necessarily supported on all GPUs, especially on Mobile it might not be available at all.
