Can't install Driver on Ubuntu18.04.3 LTS

I’ve tried many things but couldn’t accomplish that. After struggling many attempts I decided posting here.

I get “NVIDIA-SMI has failed because it couldn’t communicate with the NVIDIA driver. Make sure that the latest NVIDIA driver is installed and running.” error.

I’m adding log files. Thanks for your help in advance.

Please disable secure boot in bios.
Don’t use the .run installers, use --uninstall to uninstall them.
Then use the software&updates application to install the nvidia driver.
