Carrier boards - transferring from AGX dev kit

Hi,

Is there a carrier board available that is an exact copy of the dev kit? this would be easiest way to move from dev kit to carrier board.

I use some GPIO inputs and outputs, if I use a different carrier board will the GPIO have the same names?
For example pin 16 is called gpio256

I currently use a custom Deepstream 4.0.2 app and unable to update to DS5 at the moment. Are all carrier boards compatible with jetpack 4.3 and deepstream 4.0.2
