change hostname of UFM linux server

Hi

I need to change the hostname of the Linux server that UFM run on. Can anyone tell me if doing this will affect UFM in any way?

Hi,

It shouldn’t matter in a standalone mode as long as your hostname is not defined as the loopback address. if you’re running HA then it will cause issues with the DRBD mechanism that sync between the two HA machines.
