Clinfo CL_PROGRAM_BUILD_LOG create kernel : error -45

I am trying to develop an OpenCL program under UBUNTU 14.04 and C++ but I can not compile a Kernel program. CLINFO also reports the error. What seems to be the problem here? Bad cuda installation?
