I’m trying to install the Android SDK for Windows, to use with Unreal. Unreal’s engine comes with this installer. It is failing – when trying to install Android SDK Base, it says Downloading (retry 10/10),before giving me the error “Downloading packages failed.”

How do I fix this? I am running as administrator.

I ended up getting mine from a fellow coworker. However he said that he had the same problem, and he just kept trying a bunch of times and it eventually worked. !?
