Commands to change screen Resolution from serial console - Displays show black screen after initial boot msgs

Hi,

We are facing issue with the display showing black screen after initial boot up messages.
Hence we wanted change the resolution of the display from serial console.

Please let us know are there any commands to change screen resolution from the serial console.

Which jetpack release are in use? HDMI or DP? Custom board or Devkit?
What command are you using?

I am asking are they any options to execute command to change display resolution, in serial console so that we can see the display showing up.

Note: The same SOM module, boots works fine along with display showing up, on other carrier board, backplane of different project.

this is mostly hardware issue, but we are looking for work around solution in software so that we can see the display.

You could use xrandr to switch the resolution.

One change, it is DP display not HDMI, still is it the same command for DP also

Do you have any idea about what might be possible hardware issue(any particular reason like different volatge level etc) on our carrier board or IOTB board which is causing display to go black after showing initial booting messages?
