Hi everyone,

After system recovery, I am trying to setup my nvidia ai workbench on dgx spark.

During the installing and updating packages process, I encountered container toolkits install workflow failed error. The error log is attached belowed. Any help will be appreciated!

workbench.log (64.6 KB)

Hello, this is reading like a temporary network issue from the logs (Could not resolve host: nvidia.github.io\ngpg) . Could you please confirm if this is still failing for you?

WIthout VPN or VPS, I cannot access GitHub in China. I suspect maybe that’s why the installation was failed. I am thinking to use VPS + FRP if it will help me solve the network issue.

Yeah, so it’s still failing for me. For the container toolkits workflow installing part, it got stuck at 91-94%. Here is the error log.

workbench-2.log (141.4 KB)

Also when I used nvidia sync on my mac to launch ai workbench, in my terminal the error message is : error while executing install workflow

│ Check log files for output:

│ /home/vic/.nvwb/logs/nvwb.log

│ /home/vic/.nvwb/logs/workbench.log

Error:

an error occurred during the install process: exit status 1

Setup failed. Review logs and relaunch “AI Workbench” to try install again.

When I tried to add remote location on ai workbench on my mac, it also cannot work.

I also tried to uninstall and reinstall ai workbench on dgx spark but it still has the same issue.

It turns out it was a network issue. After I set up VPS with SSH tunneling and system proxy on dgx spark, I was able to get it resolved.

Thank you for letting us know and we’re glad you were able to get it working.
