"Couldn't create CQ" while running tests on CX-3 IB cards

Hi,

I have a system with Mellanox MT27500 ConnectX-3 cards. I’m running Ubuntu 18.04 and running the OFED driver 4.5.

When running perftests like ib_send_bw, I get the following set of errors:

Couldn’t create CQ

Failed to create CQs

Couldn’t create IB resources

I’ve tried reloading the drivers using openibd restart, restarting my node etc. but the problem still persists. Any help getting the benchmark applications to run would be really helpful. Thanks!

What is the full ib_send_bw command you have used in both sides? (client and server)

Can you share the output of ibstat from both nodes?
