When i request deepseek api , it show “You need permissions to use credits in this account.” My account is not available,so i cannot use deepseek api. why?

I have the same problem - I get the message “You need permissions to use credits in this account.” I would like to have API Credits Access Request approved in order to test hosted NIM APIs - i.e. specifically nvidia/fourcastnet hosted API. Can you please look into this!
