Cuda.h: No such file or directory when trying to install gst-plugin

I am trying to install a gst-plugin in 5.1-21.02-devel container and getting “cuda.h: No such file or directory” error when running make command. Any idea to fix this issue.

This issue is fixed. Error is getting because I entered wrong CUDA version in makefile
