We are working on getting our first custom carrier board up and running and have run into an issue with trying to use USB-C. We tried to match the Nano carrier board schematic, but had to make a few slight component changes due to EOL components. When external devices are plugged into the board, there is no registration at all on the Jetson that it can see the USB device. lsusb returns nothing new, dmesg shows no new devices, etc. For an external dongle that typically has a small LED illuminated on other devices, that LED does not light up when connected to our board. Below is the schematic for the USB portion of our board. Any ideas/thoughts/help is much appreciated. Thanks!
Hi, did you check the CC pin status of controller? This looks like your design issue, you need to check the all related signals to find out root cause.
