Custome Power mode in jetson Nano

Hello,
1.Can we run 3 cores in low power mode 5W? by making changes in nvpmodel.conf.
2.If its possible can i try to define my custom power mode in jetson NANO, i had go through below link.

In the above link they defined we can add and test our custom mode,if its possible. i want to run with 3 or 4 cores in 5W mode, what are the parameters i want to change.
how to calculate the GPU,EMC,CPU frequency to update in the nvpmodel.conf file.

To define a custom power mode
• Add a mode definition to the file /etc/nvpmodel.conf.
This is an example entry for mode 1:

The unit of measure for CPU frequency is kilohertz. The unit for GPU and EMMC frequency is hertz. You must assign each custom mode a unique number in the ID field.
Test your custom mode to determine:
• How many active cores to use
• The frequency for each CPU cluster, and the GPU and EMC frequencies
The frequencies you select are subject to the MAXN limit defined in mode 0.

Can anyone help me to figure out the details for custom power mode.

The developer kit’s total power usage is the sum of carrier board, module, and peripheral power usage, as determined by your particular use case.
please refer to Supported Modes and Power Efficiency for the NVPModel clock configurations;
you may also access Jetson Nano Module Data Sheet for the details of the power domains were used to optimize power consumption.
