Deactivation of Inception Capital Connect Request Benefit

We have been onboarded in the Nvidia Inception program ( Company Name: FINSENTRIC PRIVATE LIMITED ) and received the welcome email on Feb 27, 2026 🎉 . After that the Inception Capital Connect Access (VC Exposure) Benefits in the inception dashboard was checked out and the templates and guideline docs provided there was downloaded. The Request Benefit was clicked to study what were the details asked for the Capital Connect and it showed a pop up form to enter some details and upload pitch deck PDF attachments. However, no details were submitted in the form after switching tabs in the browser and returning to the portal, the page was no longer visible. When I logged out and logged back in, the “Request Benefit” button for Inception Capital Connect was no longer clickable. This Request button is now greyed out now and there is no option to deactivate the current request (see attached screenshot) and the dashboard says that request is in review, without any details and pitch deck submitted by us.

It seems like a bug that the inception portal would just randomly approve the Request benefit button without submitting the necessary details and pitch deck attachments.

Could you kindly de-activate the current request made to the Inception Capital Connect benefit, so a new proper request can be made?

Thanks for reaching out. We have a feature in our portal where the request benefit button may not be clicked more than once. We understand exceptional cases might happen, so we are happy to reset the benefit button for you. I’ve just done that - please let me know if you see that updated on your end.
