I do not have a v4l2 camera that meets your criteria currently. Could you help to narrow down that by modifying your pipeline as follows?

  1. uridecodebin → nvvideoconvert → nvstreammux
  2. change the jpegdec to nvjpegdec
  3. change the source format of your camera
