DGX Spark Out of Stock - With Reservation - Inside Purchase Window

I have a reservation, but when I click the link (within the purchase window) it’s out of stock (UK purchaser).

I have been in a wait list since the beginning, it’s more than a little disappointing. Anyone else seeing this?

The only reason I didn’t click the button sooner is that I missed the critical text “Availability is on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last.” (understanding a reservation is a reservation), and I stopped reading at the bold text “valid for four days and ends on 21-10-2025 05:00 PM BST.” I think the critical text about it not actually being a reservation and more like a scrum should have also been bold - and red.

But that’s water under the bridge. Anyone in NVidia that can assist here, or am I too late?

Exact same situation and I’m pretty upset about it. What are you doing Nvidia, is this a bug, it feels like a bug….

Here is the mail, where the time limit was emphasized but not the first come first served sentence.

That email is misleading for most readers; letting keen customers down though miscommunication like this is really poor.

The out-of-stock must be country specific. I was not on any waiting lists and ordered one on Sunday, Oct. 19, 2025. It was shipped out today. I’m on the West coast and the package originated from Middletown, Pennsylvania, according to FedEx tracking. That’s East coast.

I raised a ticket with the link on the reservation email and they replied with:

“Informing you that NVIDIA Enterprise Support addresses only technical questions and issues. It would be best if you contact our sales team regarding your question, using the link below:

Additionally, please note that the business email is mandatory in order to contact sales team.

I contacted consumer support, but there is no dropdown for DGX Spark, and the team there didn’t know anything about the reservation system themselves.

My purchase window is now entirely closed.

Can NVidia here please assist me?
