I have the same issue that update avaliable keep showing up after I click update icon.
My Mac can no longer connect to dgx spark via Nvidia Sync.
My bluetooth keyboard and mouse cannot be connected to Dgx spark after incomplete software updates. Also wifi is no longer working and the wifi setting icon disappeared. Also, there are 20 lines of string filled with zeros next to Nvidia logo right before login page is loaded.
Another question: I am a user based in China. Do I need to set up VPN before doing software updates? I suspect due to the great firewall in china, it causes incomplete software updates and my OS crash. Can’t even access to GitHub or hugging face without VPN.
So I wonder do I need to hard reset my spark ? What is the solution for my problem?
Yeah, i had this issues too, but it was easier to setup ai workbench via command line instead of going throuhg the downloaded app. So use command line terminal to create an ssh key to connect to the dgx and once you are connects vis ~ ./ssh/ You can just use that key to setup everything. Here is the setup link: Try NVIDIA NIM APIs : hope it translates on your end. (Note: if you are not doing direct connect, make sure you check your wifi for the “spark-local” intial connection for password setup and etc, and after make sure you connect the dgx through and Ethernet cord so its on your same network as your device. I’m using my Spark in China, and when use the Paybook I am not able to download images from nvcr.io. have have the api token but the server denied me. I tried using VPN it also denied me. Is there another mirror site I can use to download the images?
In my case, it turns out it was a network issue. After I set up VPS with SSH tunneling and system proxy on dgx spark, I was able to get it resolved.
