Hello, can you give us more context? when did this issue start?
In my opinion, I didn’t follow quickstart guide because I didn’t have it(I don’t know why^^ I think my quickstart guide was in the box but I didn’t recognize it. And after unboxing it was thrown away with the box)
I don’t know that for 2 months Because I was so busy. I am a criminal defense attorney. I bought dgx spark to make an AI attorney just like me^^. 10. 22. I received the dgx spark. I make a corporation named lex_navigator. I set up Sinology Nas to organize and sort my cases and documents. From 12. 29. to 2026. 1. 9. is the Court of Korea’s winter vacation. And I turned on my dgx spark this Monday(29) and found something wrong^^ at first time I think this problem comes from network(wifi, lan, Bluetooth). But now I watched YouTube nvidia channel and found I ignored Hotspot ssid, password, site.
I would appreciate it if you could give me new quickstart guide and new Hotspot ssid, password, site. I shared this problem with your distributor of Korea.
Please help me!!!

If you were able to successfully setup your Spark by using a monitor and keyboard/mouse then you do not need to go through the setup process again.
During setup did you connect to the internet with an ethernet cable or did you connect to your Wi-Fi?
Can you also send me an nvidia-bug-report? You just have to run nvidia-bug-report.sh as root
