Direction in Nvdsanalytics

Please provide complete information as applicable to your setup.

• Hardware Platform ( NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 Laptop GPU)
• DeepStream Version - 6.1.0
• NVIDIA GPU Driver Version - 510.85.02
• Issue Type
This is the deepstream-nvdsanalytics app.
The ROI -

[roi-filtering-stream-0]
#enable or disable following feature
enable=1
#ROI to filter select objects, and remove from meta data
roi-RF=427;523;776;408;997;412;1028;596
#remove objects in the ROI
inverse-roi=0
class-id=0

The direction ROI -

[direction-detection-stream-0]
enable=1
#Label;direction;
#direction-South=284;840;360;662;
direction-North=719;599;835;487;
class-id=0

The above image has the ‘North’ direction assigned ,still the vehicles coming from forward
direction is considered coming from North. Hence gives faulty metadata in the output.
I thought in the output the vehicles won’t be assigned to the North direction as the ‘north’ is pointing somewhere else

Any specific reason why?
Thanks

Do you mean the DIR tolerance is too much?

Thanks for your reply.
yes, how to decrease that?

Hi @divyanka.thakur16 , you can set the mode para for the tolerance. You can refer the link below:
